This utility allows loading of ACP Scheduler Projects into TheSkyX as entries in My Chart Elements. Project appear on the Sky Chart so you can see if targets are available on a given night.
It does not ensure the project will run, only that it is available in the sky. The Dispatcher’s complex algorithms and the plan constraints determine whether any of the project’s plans will actually run.
Of course, if no targets are even in the sky you can expect nothing to run:)
